Meet Talethia Thomas

FAA Executive | Leadership Strategist | Transition Coach for Women Leaders
My Story
With 30 years of federal service across the Departments of Defense, Treasury, and Transportation, I rose from intern to Senior Executive, leading large-scale enterprise transformations and complex cross-agency initiatives.
Throughout my executive career, I observed a consistent and consequential pattern among mid- to senior-level women leaders: highly capable women often experience confidence erosion, decision fatigue, and diminished self-trust during periods of transition—especially when stepping into new identities, elevated roles, or unfamiliar leadership terrain.
Now, as the founder of the Thomas Leadership Collective and creator of the ASCENT Continuum™, a coaching and leadership framework, I specialize in guiding women leaders through high-level transitions and expanding responsibilities. My coaching centers on “grounded leadership presence,” helping women leaders strengthen self-trust and lead with aligned energy and conviction in the rooms where decisions—and visibility—carry real weight.
My Mission
At the Thomas Leadership Collective, I work with women leaders who are accomplished, educated, and confident—but often feel like something is missing. My work helps you move from external validation to inner self-trust, so your leadership is aligned, confident, and energizing.
My coaching is for women who:
- Look successful, yet don’t always feel that way
- Are polished and poised, yet feel powerless
- Are confident and courageous, yet quietly conflicted
- Are educated and experienced, yet labeled “too emotional”
- Have done everything “right,” yet something still feels off
If this resonates, you’re ready for a different way to lead.
